Biography:

A long time resident of Camden County , William Nash graduated from Rutgers University with Highest Honors. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University . Following law school, Mr. Nash was Law Clerk to the Honorable Ann McDonnell, New Jersey Superior Court, Gloucester County.  Thereafter, Mr. Nash practiced in South Jersey for many years.  He is a Certified Mediator by the New Jersey Supreme Court and is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. Nash is also admitted into the Bars of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia . He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Construction Law Section, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, the Gloucester County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association and has served as President of the Gloucester County Bar Foundation. His practice includes Commercial Litigation, Business Law, Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation and Appellate work. Mr. Nash has been reported at State v. Costa, 327 N.J.Super 22 (App. Div. 1999).

John Brendan Elbert is a Certified Attorney for the Military Court of Appeals as well as a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for New Jersey. As such, he is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and anywhere in the world where the U.S. has jurisdiction as a Certified Member for the Military Court of Appeal.

Mr. Elbert has been practicing for over twenty-seven years in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has litigated thousands of criminal cases and tried dozens of jury trials and is extremely proud of the fact that He has never had a client sentenced to the Death Penalty. Mr. Elbert has also appeared in such foreign jurisdictions as Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland and Virginia and he has also litigated numerous courts martial before full Military Tribunals and has taken Appeals to both the United States Supreme Court as well as the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, where he has appeared personally.

Mr. Elbert keeps abreast of the ever changing laws and Supreme Court decisions through Continuing Legal Education Seminars as well as Conferences and literature provided to him through various associations and legal publications to which he subscribes. He also receives e-mail updates from around the Country on every area of the law. He has served on various committees that have set up referral hotlines for other attorneys to contact for expert advice in the area of criminal defense.
